Reschedule dropped emails

This article will outline how to reschedule emails that have been dropped. 

Why have my emails dropped?

Emails will drop if you’ve chosen to create a hidden event and did not check the Allow Automated Emails When Hidden checkbox.

If you edit the event to make it not hidden and you want the dropped emails to be sent, you’ll need to follow the steps below.

Rescheduling dropped emails

  1. Navigate to and select the event for which you want to reschedule automated emails
  2. Select the Emails tab 
  3. From here, you’ll see a list of all the emails related to this specific event. You will know an email was dropped (not sent) if you see “(Dropped - event is hidden)” next to the email title.
  4. To reschedule a particular email, click the clock icon next to the email title 
  5. The Reschedule Email modal will appear. Set the date and time accordingly.
  6. Click Reschedule and confirm the change
  7. You’ll need to repeat steps 4-6 for each email you want rescheduled
