Resend a ticket

This article will outline how to resend a ticket to a user.

  1. Navigate to the event for which you want to resend a ticket
  2. Select Events from the left sidebar of the Chapter Dashboard and select the appropriate event
  3. From the Attendees tab, search for the user
  4. Once you’ve found the user, click the 3 vertical dots to the right of their name and click Resend Ticket Email
  5. A modal will appear with the user’s email. Confirm that’s the correct email and click Send Ticket Email
  6. The ticket confirmation email will resend, including tickets
