Resend a ticket
This article will outline how to resend a ticket to a user.
- Navigate to the event for which you want to resend a ticket
- Select Events from the left sidebar of the Chapter Dashboard and select the appropriate event
- From the Attendees tab, search for the user
- Once you’ve found the user, click the 3 vertical dots to the right of their name and click Resend Ticket Email
- A modal will appear with the user’s email. Confirm that’s the correct email and click Send Ticket Email.
- The ticket confirmation email will resend, including tickets.
