Add waitlist

This article will outline the steps needed to have members automatically be added to a waitlist once ticket limit has been reached - this can be done on a per-ticket basis.

Add a waitlist

  1. Sign in, navigate to your Dashboard, search for your chapter, and click “Events” from the side menu.
  2. Click your event, followed by the "Edit" link from the top menu
  3. Click the "Tickets" link on the top right corner
  4. Click the gear icon next to the ticket you'd like to add a waitlist to.
  5. Check the "Enable Waitlist" checkbox, and save the event
