This article will outline the steps needed to have members automatically be added to a waitlist once ticket limit has been reached - this can be done on a per-ticket basis.
Add a waitlist
- Sign in, navigate to your Dashboard, search for your chapter, and click “Events” from the side menu.
- Click your event, followed by the "Edit" link from the top menu
- Click the "Tickets" link on the top right corner
- Click the gear icon next to the ticket you'd like to add a waitlist to.
- Check the "Enable Waitlist" checkbox, and save the event
